Review on MegaGear MG1610 Ever Ready Leather Camera Case Compatible With Canon EOS Rebel T7 (18-55Mm) by Gene Evans

A few years ago I had a similar cover for my 35mm camera. These cases allow me to travel light and not worry about accidentally hitting a camera lens. This new bag is made of beautiful thick leather. It's easy. There are two latches that hold the lens cap to the leather case that attaches to the camera body. I can detach one side and hang it on the camera for a quick shot, or remove the lens cap to take more shots. I don't like two things. The lens cap is only suitable for a 55mm or smaller lens attached to the camera. I mostly use 250mm or higher. It would be nice to have such a choice. And when you remove the lens cap to use a tripod, one of the latches on the underside of the body cap prevents the camera from standing upright. Newer tripods have an unlocking feature and the latch gets in the way. These are matters of personal taste and can be circumvented. Conclusion: I like the cover very much and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
