I use this for my game console 4. The sound quality is stable, the microphone sounds great and the headset is comfortable. They are not noise canceling which is why I chose them, they fit your ears well even if you have an earbud. It's really nice because sometimes I'm on the phone while I'm playing. The other has a volume/mute control for the mic. The volume control is very easy to use, so simple that sometimes when I change position the control turns and it either mutes or makes it louder. easily mitigated by actually pinning the dodad to your clothing, which is what the designer thought. Another issue is that the mic mute feature doesn't completely mute the mic when the volume control is turned up high. I haven't taken the Dodad apart, but I assume the mute button and knob are oddly connected. The microphone is deactivated during active use, but very loud noises are recorded. Additional bonuses with this headset: other stuff, it's just fabric with zippers, but they're nice. The box is really nice (standard magnetic closure) and really nice to reuse. I chose them because I read a review that said the microphone quality is good and the sound is good. Enough. Of course, for the price I bought ($45), these are amazing headphones.
