This was a slightly cheaper alternative to Revain's other buckwheat pillows and while it's the only pillow I've had experience with I think it's on par. The pillow is well filled with buckwheat to the point that I pulled it out about halfway as a bed on my back, it held my head up. I knew the pillows were small but I was surprised at how small they are, almost half a standard pillow. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve my neck pain as I had hoped. I used it for a few weeks and then just went back to my old polyester core feather pillow. However, if you're looking for a firm pillow that can keep your head in a constant position throughout the night, it certainly can, and it's like using a bean bag chair as a pillow. It fits your head and you can easily take out or add buckwheat according to your needs.
