While they are great for my daughter who dances in competitions. She's 13 years old and more of a muscular guy than a "Skinny Minnie" type. She wears pantyhose like crazy as she dances at least 4 days a week. I like to try cheaper Revain tights to see if they work. I've had great success. They have stopped selling the brand I bought so this is my first time buying this brand. My daughter is 5ft 4in and size XL fits her. Looks small from the packaging but stretches well. I don't know the durability as we just bought them. I'll try to remember to update.
