Out of the box, one of the two female ends didn't stick to the 3.5mm connector at all. (The other female end worked fine though.) I'm being generous with the second star because I can't imagine the build quality issue being a universal issue with this thing. But really, when I was expecting a cheap, handy adapter, I didn't expect it to be _so_ cheap to build. Given that other 3.5mm jack sharing solutions only cost a few dollars more, I think 90% of people should splurge on a different adapter. For 10%: Be warned if you think this thing is appropriate because you're rolling the dice on something that clearly has little to no quality control.
