This jacket fully complies with the advertised characteristics. This is a fantastic jacket. It has a lot of pockets but they are in the right places so you don't lose anything. It is windproof and tested. So far my bike has withstood a little rain and performed great, but Oregon will be testing this jacket and I have no doubt it will pass. It's excellent.
