When I bought this charger for my laptop it got great reviews. I suspect that's because most people check things out shortly after they buy them. However, a little over 3 months after purchase I have to say that it is not worth the money. And here's why: My laptop kept telling me it wasn't OEM. Very annoying, literally doing anything to close this notification all the time. The cords continued to unravel. The two pieces of string weren't strong enough to hold together. With any number of presses, they fall apart and don't really charge my laptop when I need it most. And finally, I was talking on the internet the other day and my laptop didn't suspect anything. Turns out the charger kept the laptop powered on but didn't charge it. So when I moved my laptop (again by gently squeezing) the cables disconnected and my laptop turned off. I've tried several other outlets and they still don't work. However, I like the fact that the Type-C sits flush with the laptop when plugged in. Unlike the original charger which stuck out vertically which made me want to hit it. As a last resort I might buy it again if it was a last resort as it worked. for a short time. But now I have to buy another one that will hopefully last longer.
