Review on SocialCom® Genesys Connector by Chucky Hepler

I like how the system is very easy to use and navigate. I like how it is able to be used in different ways depending on the needs of the business. I dislike that the software is very expensive. I would like it to be a more affordable option. I also dislike how the software is very difficult to use. I am solving a problem of not having a system in place for our business to communicate with our customers. The system has allowed us to be able to communicate with our customers and see what they are doing on the website.
