Cheap, not very comfortable and the sound quality is not up to par.
Cheap, not at all comfortable for me, the headphones are uncomfortable to place where the ears are. Generally not impressed. I tried using it as an eye shadow while sleeping at night and it didn't suit my head. He hit me on the nose before he reached my eyes etc. It's very difficult to put the headphones directly on both ears - they move and don't fall exactly where you need/want them. I advise against buying for that much money. I reclaimed it.
