This whole transaction was a problem; The order came a day late. As soon as we received the item, we charged it and synced it to my son's iPad. These headphones repeatedly reset syncing with the iPad. The 10-hour battery life isn't entirely accurate either. The goods arrived on 11/18/2016, from the evening of 11/20/2016 we had to charge them 3 times, although the total usage since 11/18/2016 was only about 10 hours (headphones should be good for 10 hours of charging). To be honest the rest of the product is pretty good, build quality and durability are good, they fit my young son well and work well enough as long as they charge and sync with his iPad. If we hadn't thrown out the box, I'd be returning it to find something else that doesn't break sync and has better battery life.
