When I ordered this I just needed something to carry a couple of mobile tablets I have. Although the size of this shoulder bag is ok, the straps are too short. I had to buy some carabiners just to lengthen the straps. This shoulder bag is not designed for tall, tall or tall people. I belong to that group and ended up buying two carabiner keychains at my local Walmart to "extend" the length of the shoulder strap. Also, if you're buying this, note that the pocket is angled. through the back if you order a non-zipper bag. This bag is designed for people who are thin and under 1.80m tall. My suggestion for WOWBOX? It's not the bag that needs replacing, but the length of the shoulder strap. If you are not thin or under 1.80 m, the bag will not suit your customers. I gave this review three stars because of the length of the straps.
