I am an adult with a very thin wrist. Even with children's watches with a pin buckle, I usually have to drill extra holes and/or cut off the end of the strap. Since my hand is not small, elastic watch straps are not suitable (if they stretch enough to fit my hand, then they are too big for my wrist). I don't know how to proceed yet, but so far it's working fine. It's bulky but functional. The photos show what it looks like on my wrist from different angles and how far the band goes.
