What you need to know is that the USB 2.0 part of the receiver is in the battery compartment in the cradle that it plugs into for storage. Pull it out if there is no paper tab showing its position. It's hard to see, but it IS. Remove the battery cover, located near the edge of the cover opening. Look closely and you will see the top of the USB receiver slide into its holder. That's how I ended up having two of these because nobody has written reviews like this before and my first one didn't have a sticker that was on the second.
