Good enough to keep. Came without instructions. It's a little difficult to figure out how to assemble. Has a mysterious part that does not appear in the list. It looks like a stand clip that can be used as an additional smartphone holder, but the clip is so flimsy that any actual weight will cause the clip to fall off. Speaking of weight issues, the actual tablet holder is adjustable via a kind of screw cap on the back. that you really need to apply some torque to keep the corner of the tablet from slowly tipping towards the floor. I suppose this part will fail sooner or later and I'll resort to duct tape. But since it's for use in my cover band, I think it's ok. Good enough not to return, though.
