Ordered for my G14 Zephyrus. I didn't measure it, just figured a 14" sleeve would fit any 14" laptop. Obviously this was not the case. When I plugged in my laptop, there was a gap of at least an inch in length and width. The laptop is also very thin for the case. As I shook the case to check its fit, my laptop bounced. The gasket was fine, it was smaller than the new case I ordered with the corner gasket. I would worry about dropping this bag even if my laptop was the right size. The material is ok. There are no pen holders or pockets in the main pockets, leaving no room for loose items. I'm a student, this was disappointing. No place to store markers, pens, stickers etc. I loved the idea of hidden zippers until I used them. It's a bit annoying to put them away every time I use the bag. I'm a woman, so I'm much more worried about my wallet being stolen than my laptop's power adapter. My old bag had a 360° opening, which I really liked, so I was worried about getting this case which only has a side entrance. It's easier to get used to than I thought, but you have to hold the zipper when you put your laptop in so it doesn't scratch your laptop. The pockets are a bit small if you have a large power pack. I'm giving it a 4 as I thought most of these things might be an issue when I bought it, so I can't blame the manufacturer because I didn't feel like looking up my laptop's dimensions.
