Respectable. Depending on your sound quality expectations

Pretty decent product and price as it does what I'm looking for which is allows me to connect my iPod to my 5 year old home theater receiver. Connecting to Bluetooth was pretty quick and easy for me. Almost simple plug and play. I would give 5 stars for that alone. Overall I'd rate it as high, but the Bluetooth connection only gives me about 8-10 feet before it starts to have a patchy connection. The sound is decent, but you have to double the volume on all other ports to get the same volume (if that makes sense?). I hooked it up with the included AV cable and then also with an optical digital cable (not included) and the sound quality was exactly the same so it was a little disappointing. If you're a crazy audio geek and want to use this for your home stereo and expect DTS sound then to be honest this probably isn't for you. I don't use it for car audio, so I can't rate it.

Pros
  • BLUETOOTH 5.0 WIRELESS AUDIO RECEIVER: Stream music files wirelessly from Bluetooth-enabled devices to your audio system; 2-channel 3.5mm analog jack or Toslink digital optical output (SPDIF) for stereo/speakers; Upgraded version of our popular BT2A receiver
Cons
  • Not sure
