L and XL about the same
I ordered an XL and it didnt really do the trick so I ordered a Large and couldnt tell much difference. I did keep the L incase I needed it again as I am losing weight. Overall, it smoothed out belly and lifted my butt, but it did not suck in or hide any belly fat or hip fat. I did not think it did its job but was more comfortable then I expected it to be.
