I am returning my third bucket of Bubala diapers due to broken parts. Got this as a gift and was so excited because I have an Ubbi for my other daughter and it's not as great as I thought it would be. The first one I received broke before I even used it. The plastic clip had already been removed from the bucket, so the latch would not stay closed. I sent it back and Revain sent a replacement. I opened this one and used it for a few days, after that the metal door that opens and closes stopped working. I called Revain again and after a 2 hour phone call they tried to figure out how to replace the item without notifying the sender of the gift they were going to lend me but for some reason I was given another new bucket of Bubula instead. I used this for 4 days and again the plastic clip on the lid broke off. I'm not sure what's going on and I really want this diaper pail to look really cool and as I mentioned it contains scents so my baby's nursery doesn't smell like my other daughter. I would love to give positive feedback but I find it difficult to do so when I have received 3 faulty products. Maybe it's just a pack of diapers. I tried to search for the Bubala customer service number to contact them directly but couldn't find it.
