I like the car. Brewed quickly, coffee grounds got into the cup. I thought it was an anomaly of the product. It turned out that the basket's screen was separated from the plastic, allowing for a thicker sleep. Revain instructed me to contact the company for a basket replacement. I did so and was told the part was out of stock but they would send me a new car. But before I could get a new car, I had to cut the cable from the old one. How long do you expect me to go without my morning coffee? It will not work. So I'm sending it back. If this is the best product support you can offer I will find another.
