Review on ๐Ÿ”ฆ Anzo USA 121132 Toyota Tacoma Crystal Chrome Headlight Assembly - Pair by Kevin Tompkins

You look great! but that's where it ends.

These headlights came in an unmarked white box with no indication of Anzo or the contents of the box. Looks like a cheap Taiwanese product with minimal quality control. You look good! after installation, but that's it. I had to struggle to get the grille and headlights properly (tightly) installed and I'm a person who's been working on my cars for 40 years and I have a garage full of tools. They were poorly adjusted and just the up/down adjustment didn't do anything at all, but I was able to get the beam out of other riders' eyes. The beam isn't sharp like some headlights, but it's very soft so it's likely that even if it works, a sideways adjustment won't have much of an effect. However, what worries me is that the adjustment screw on both headlights just doesn't do anything, as if the adjustment screw was only fitted there to fit the OEM. Not sure what the OEM plastic is like, but this plastic (black, clear, and brushed finish) looks and feels cheap from day one, and seems like it's having a tough, hot summer - and withstand cold winter cycles before it fails. The gaskets and the screws they contain are loose from day one. Generally, the reduction in product cost is done to save the manufacturer pennies. I don't think a few tweaks that would make this product great would raise the price one bit since they ($100) are about double the price of standard aftermarket lights ($50). After all these comments I have to say I never liked the original OEM headlights from this model year and these Anzos look great and I would probably buy them again. Thank you for reading.
