This player was exactly what I was looking for, good sound quality, external volume buttons, allows voice recording and it shows the album covers, it even has an external speaker for listening without headphones. The only little cons to it are that it only uses Military time, it lags for a second when starting a voice recording and there's a bit of lag in alphabetizing music folders, The first time I put music on I was disappointed that it was showing the albums in random order but after 10 mins of listening to my music I was surprised to go back into the menu and see everything in alphabetical order. All in all this is a fantastic MP3 player, especially for the price, It was extremely easy to set up without looking at the instructions and my Windows 7 x64 pc recognized it immediately.(Note that it does not have a lanyard hole which may be a con to some people)
