Controller set incorrectly
While playing Mario Bros. I immediately noticed that the A and B buttons didn't work properly. They were installed upside down. I'm an 80's-90's kid growing up at Nintendo's expense. Trust me when I say they are wired wrong. You let Mario go. And the other makes him jump. Now they are upside down and it's so freaking embarrassing haha if the company isn't willing to send me new controllers that work properly I'll consider returning them and ordering from another company.
