The product was not 9 volts!

9V adapter not received. The product came exactly as in the photo but with wrong characteristics. Bought for a Casio CTK-533 as the item name said it would work with my piano. The adapter came to 5 volts 2 amps. My model requires 9V 850mA. Do not buy if you have CTK-533.
