The personnel making this product appear to be unsupervised. The wood is of decent quality for the price but the paintwork and detailing is shoddy and inferior. Assembly required and some of the screw holes did not line up making assembly difficult. I required replacement parts which were sent to me after the original delivery. First, there was very little padding or bubble wrap to protect the product and there was damage in transit due to poor packaging. Then another panel looked like it had been damaged and repaired during production, but it was slightly visible. However, it was sent to the customer. I have requested a replacement part. This replacement item was so badly painted that I couldn't use it. This piece should not have been sent to the customer either. I ended up leaving the first one as I now assume all parts of it are worse. Overall, the quality of detail is extremely poor, and there seems to be a lack of quality control in the Sunny Safari collection. At the same time I bought a transport stool and the workmanship of this article was perfect. I must add that Teamson's customer service has been very pleasant and helpful.
