**Update** Wrong word for this item. The thing should not be worn for too long, otherwise there will be no allergic reaction to nickel. Maybe I just got a broken one because it's not stainless steel or surgical steel. I want this to match the other reviews because the others were great. Unfortunately, my experience is the opposite. Bought as a gift which I delivered to myself first. At first glance this is great and I hope the person likes it!
