I used this adhesive template to etch glass blocks, you know them, they are about 8x8 and hollow inside, usually used for translucent walls. I then drilled a hole in the back of the block and threaded the fairy lights through. My husband made a wooden base for it, which I painted gold and then laid ceramic tiles (which I also painted and decorated with colored gems) on the front of the base. I have used this template over and over on several blocks and used the blocks to place on the tables at my son's wedding. I don't know if you see how beautiful they really are. This stencil held up so well. It added a real elegance, really unique. I highly recommend! It stays sticky even after multiple dressings and rinses which is really amazing.
