I have a 10 year old cat that has eaten nothing but this food her entire life. He has a sensitive stomach and doesn't do well with many ingredients. I usually leave a 5.5 ounce jar and he nibbles on it all day and it keeps him going and he enjoys it. However, I recently gave him a 3 ounce can of the same food and it was completely different. He seems to like it better and is a significantly different color and texture. Why am I writing this review. Because something has changed on the 5.5 ounce cans, the color is different, like it's overcooked or something. In this last case I received, the cat refused to eat several cans. They don't call them survivors for nothing, they know the difference between something keeping them alive and something sickening them. And my cat vomited more food than usual. Wellness, I am writing this review so you will know if anything has changed for those of us whose pets have been eating this food for 10 years. Well, they notice. I know I have to pay four times as much to feed my 15 pound cat the small cans I know she will eat. Looks like it's time to look for alternatives. For those new to wellness, I'd recommend picking up this 3-ounce meal if that suits you. It's also much easier to control portions and has some benefits, my experience of wellness over 10 years has been mostly positive. After all, the cat is still eating it 10 years later! I just wanted the company to be aware of these changes that I have noticed in the big banks as they are noticeable. Many Thanks.
