Update: I was contacted by Bambia customer service and was offered a replacement. I hope the second one lasts longer and the first one is just defective. So I give them 5 stars for their customer service and 4 stars overall for the quality of the product. I bought this dog for my niece and we got her in May. She loved the dog and was great to entertain but less than 2 months later she is unemployed. It keeps reloading and doesn't complete the songs. Then he stops moving.
