i like this shaper, the way the panty area is made, it want just ride up and get lost in the back lol if you have hips, i could have sized down one size, i normally wear a xlarge in my dresses and my waist is probably around 36 to 38, but this size works too, the entire garment is smooth and the bra straps are a plus
