Review on Happy Birthday Decoration Set Decorations by Sasha Hsiao

Was a bit disappointed. I knew I had to spend some time decorating the pom poms. Little did I know that I had to carefully disassemble each individual piece of fabric banner and attach it to its own ribbon. We took balloons to fill with helium (may I add that's not a good idea because helium is very expensive, it costs us $2.50 per balloon to fill) and several balloons popped while filling. The seller even said that these balls are not of very high quality. We brought a few home and just inflated them with our mouths. The pom poms weren't securely attached so we had to retie them. We had to intervene a lot with these products. Very cheap! The colors were good.
