Best Customer Insights Tool Available

The customer service was exceptional, from sales through support to training - they really care about their clients' success! I've used lots of platforms and none compare in terms of ease to use and powerful analytical reporting as this one. It's not easy to find software that integrates with Salesforce, has intuitive analytics, and automates your way to success like this one. Try it out! As for the benefits, I'd say it is all around the power reporting, ability to segment campaigns, and integration possibilities. None in particular. All good! Automating our salesforce and providing analytical view into the data to help us make better decisions based on what works best at our location vs location. The most helpful thing about this software is that it has an option of adding custom fields and filters to make our work easier. I have seen some minor bugs in its UI which can be fixed easily by contacting them directly. We are using flint analytics in our organization as one of our tools while managing customer data, tracking their leads etc. This tool helps us manage all of these activities from one place instead of keeping separate records.
