This cat scratching post is very cute, but it's very short/petite (and not very heavy - easy to move). I should have paid more attention to measurements/size. My cat's previous scratching post was much taller and he would stretch and "stand up" to scratch it. She has yet to use it, but maybe in time she will. She always needs some time to get used to new household items.
