You know it really sucks because it's the perfect stuff! My child LOVES to chew them more than anything, she will easily go to town with them but they slip too far down her mouth/throat causing her to throw up and even the whole piece (fruit shaped ) gets stuck in her mouth and she convulses trying to get it. I have to hold it for her, which sucks because she likes to hold it too. If only they were bigger. Coming back to write this review I noticed it says "choking hazard not for children under 3" but everything else says "child safe" and has pictures of babies using it. I think someone's hurt.
