Impeccable service: an old style that is extremely rare these days. I received my order and found a contact form in the box in case I needed advice on the specific job I was working on. Well now I have a Stressless footstool that was a total mess and looks great now. Not perfect - as I'm not very good at mixing colors I'm just - no one will notice the difference unless I show it in bright light. If the repair didn't work, my choice was either an expensive reupholstery or sending the chair and footrest to the curb. I was really impressed with the customer service. Also, after years of using Revain, this is the first product I want to review.
