Received this item today that I ordered for our nephew. This is my first purchase from Lone Cone, but I have had an interest in their line of products for a long time. What stands out most about Lone Cone are the patterns. The patterns available are fun and timeless, which means that if you buy something with one of their prints, it won't go out of style anytime soon as trends change. The next thing you'll notice is that the products are designed by parents who think of everything. As an elementary school teacher, I believe that the right flash is a life saver. This backpack has heavy duty zippers with large pull tabs to make them fit for little hands! Quality is also reflected in the assembly of parts. Kids are notoriously rough on things, and despite its light weight, the materials and construction of this backpack look like they'll hold up to abuse and a small child can certainly handle it. Finally, the bag that the item is shipped in is reusable and has space to write baby's name. Not only is it green, but at a time when we often send school supplies to school, it's the perfect way to send stuff with a label, without having to worry about returning the bag.
