Not enough filling
After sleeping on the pillow for 3 nights, it became flat and no longer supports me well. I contacted the company and they told me they are 2/3 full. When I needed more millet husks they sold them for $17 a pound. The pillow was $33 and now they want another $17. I think they should give extra padding so it can be customized.
