the right amount of fiber

My daughter (2 years 10 months) is very picky about food. However, she doesn't mind eating it (either with a spoon or just sprinkling it in her mouth). This is important to us as she refuses most of the food. Also, she does not have regular bowel movements because she is not eating. She tends to squeeze her butt instead of letting go. Because this food contains fiber, it helps soften the poop, making it easier for them to pass out.
