I am revising my original post which was negative. I have written before. I have not used it before the return time has expired. Lost money. failed. Update Office Printer. The seller did his best to help me. They gave me another one for free due to a known driver issue. They stayed in touch until the issue was resolved. I'm a bit bitter since it didn't work on my 377dw side, but I have a feeling the seller is doing their best to fix the problem. Turns out you can't help a fool. That was my fault. This cartridge is not compatible with 377dw. I need 972A. (face to palm (slap)). I "assumed" like many cartridges that the "x" means higher capacity ink. (The list doesn't even mention my printer.) Turns out that's not the case in this case. Also, the seller told me not to worry. and told me to keep both cartridges. I'm feeling very bad. I definitely recommend this seller. They seem to do what they have to do and run an honest business. I'm grateful for their willingness to make things right (even if it wasn't their fault in the end). I would trust the brand for any future purchases. - Jake.
