I am 5 feet tall and weigh 115 pounds. I bought the medium and it fits well, a bit big but the straps keep the top from riding down. I'm in my 50's and wanted something that was age appropriate but still cute and here it is. The bottom fits well but the material is a bit thick. I wear my favorite black tops.
