I give 3 stars because I take the average. We have two of them. We LOVE the first one we bought for our office so we bought another one for the house. He sat there for a month because his old bed was fine, but this morning we decided to throw it away and use this one. We stuffed it, laid it out. then we left the house for about an hour and when we came back i noticed something pink on his bed. it was the shirt I tucked in! I thought I hadn't fastened it so I took it to fasten it and that's when I saw that there was a LARGE "L" shaped tear in the case. Apparently there was a hole or small tear that I didn't notice when stuffing. The bed is not chewed (this dog does not gnaw anything), but simply torn. But as we were waiting to open it it went through the return window which is very frustrating. The point of my review is to DOUBLE CHECK the fabric before you can't return it! On the 3rd photo you can see another tear in the fabric. I'm sure that's how the first tear started.
