Very valuable and easy to replace.
Inexpensive, easy to replace, has been working on my 2011 Kia Sorento for a few months. Simply remove the front half of the cover in the passenger side wheel well, press on the clips holding the pump, disconnect the connector, then you can pull out the old pump and fit the new one. I don't recall there being screws holding the pump in place, although there are some holding the plate in place. Keep a clean bucket handy to catch the washer fluid as it spills, then pour it back into the container.
