You NEED this support pillow if you have back pain!

Hi, not an avid reviewer but I had to let people know that 10 minutes with this lumbar pillow on my lower back after moving heavy boxes and the ALL DAY pain was gone! I will never be without him. There is a zipper on the back for easy removal and washing. The cover feels like the material of a heavy t-shirt, very soft. Absolutely no regrets.
