If it is installed on a window, you cannot see clearly from the outside. It looks blurry like rainwater is blocking the view. In addition, it is very static and will absorb all the lint from the air, making it impossible to install without lots of lint and bubbles. I used a cloth wrapped card to remove the bubbles without scratching the foil, but most of the bubbles and lint underneath stayed behind. Overall very disappointed and dissatisfied with the purchase and will not be using any films. I would definitely return them if I hadn't already cut one for my window.
