It was definitely a learning curve on how to use this product with compression stockings. Bought for my mom to help her put on 20-30 compression stockings. It doesn't stretch the socks enough to only wear knee high compression stockings and doesn't really work with thigh length 20-30 compression stockings. It doesn't stretch enough. I would only recommend this product with lower compression stockings or even better with zip compression stockings. We finally did. It is easy to put on and take off. As a result, she wears them more often, which will ease her problem with "leaky" veins and hopefully she won't have to repeat laser treatments.
