Will not work normally, Chinese quality

Will work if there is a machine to make parts, the manufacturer obviously never assembled anything to know the details obtained. Don't rotate the ball bearing assembly so that the cable just drags along the pulley and won't spin freely...I'm a mechanic with the skill and ability to assemble and improve designs...save time and find a better quality throttle body.
