I liked this because it was made in Canada (compared to China for most merino hats) but other reviews aren't joking when they say it runs small me wear a 7 1/4 -7 3/8 baseball cap and the XL is too tight on my head. I leave it on to see if it stretches a bit but for now I can only wear it for about 30-45 minutes before my head starts to hurt. I wear it without the cuffs, it would probably be unbearably tight if I wanted to fold it. The fabric feels nice but is knitted thinner so it looks flimsy and is very tight so it fits very snugly to the skull. If they made a few larger sizes I would definitely buy more of these. The outer label is kind of crappy, it has a cartoon sheep on it.
