The best thing about Yakshna Solutions is that they are very responsive to their clients' needs, and it's clear from our initial meetings with them that they have excellent communication skills. They're also extremely knowledgeable and take pride in what they do. I think the best part of working with Yakshna Solutions is their ability to get things done quickly. It can be difficult to find an IT person who is not only knowledgeable, but also has good customer service skills. We use them for everything from desktop support to server administration. They've been able to help us manage all of our servers, including Windows Server 2008, SQL Server, Exchange 2007/2010, etc.
