I work at home on a company managed computer so I can't change the settings. I don't always have a workload so I use it on those days and do a few chores around the house. This little gadget is a lifesaver: I no longer have to shake my mouse every 5 minutes, it plugs into the wall so I don't risk downloading software. I love it! I leave my computer on if I hear notifications and go about my business on a bad day. A bit noisy but not disturbing enough. I am very happy with my purchase.
