Who knew I would give 5 stars when the original yellow cartridge is not recognized by my HP 8715 printer? Given the very reasonable price I wasn't surprised so I emailed Kingjet explaining the problem and asking for suggestions on how to get it working (Saturday afternoon). On Saturday evening I received a reply saying a new cartridge had been sent and if that didn't work I would refund the full amount - no refund required. The new cartridge came within 2 business days and works great. I ran the print test sheet and the colors look fine and the blacks are solid. They did not hesitate to solve the problem. They didn't ask me to diagnose or waste time looking for other solutions. You just took care of the problem. If only it were always that easy to solve problems.
