I couldn't wirelessly sync my new printer to my computer. I've tried everything that the instructions say, but I couldn't get it to work. Finally I gave in and called Cannon for help. The rep I spoke to, sorry I don't remember her name, was a saint. They worked with me for about 45 minutes until everything worked. Couldn't be happier now. I still don't know if this will work over my phone, I think I'm a bit scared to find out. And yes, I'm old and don't understand or care about all these modern things.
